Remember Your True Self represents my second Mandala journey. Initially, I meandered through all 64 Gates and 384 Lines - my huge undertaking supported by blackbirds and squirrels, and my Bear bearing lots of tea! My journey brought all 64 Gates to life, and we smiled and laughed and cried our way around our Wheel.
My second rotation is quite different; and yes, much tea drinking is still happening! Now, my exploration becomes truly personal. Remember Your True Self is born from my shared passion with Cynthia and my desire to help people recognize True Self. Working with Cynthia - whose Conscious Language mastery is fierce, uncompromising, and kind in equal measure - I stepped into my gate exploration again.
My contribution - my Human Design experience - comes from travelling through all 64 Gates, teaching, living, and watching how revelations in real people with real experiences showed up and confirmed Human Design’s message. Gate mechanics are more than concepts for me; gate mechanics are companions, teachers, and mirrors. In writing Remember Your True Self, I felt I was gathering all my years of experience into one place, to empower each of us to sit within our Design and finally feel seen.
Cynthia took my writing and created something beautiful, refining my words and phrasing and upgrading my gate descriptions with energetic integrity. Cynthia translated my knowledge of Human Design mechanics into uplifting, empowering offerings, each inviting transformation while staying true to our different disciplines. Working together naturally blends our strengths: Human Design showing how we are built and Conscious Language reminding us what we think and speak becomes what we live.
In my work with Human Design, I study gates and I teach mechanics. And I learn something new every day. What began as intellectual mind candy is now my lived experience—and I walk my path wholeheartedly.
My intention with my book is to guide you in recognizing who you already are and give you language aligning your voice with your essence. I hope, as you read, you feel met and seen and gently invited into your deeper sense of your own Design.
Go gently and love yourself - wildly!
